This EMN Inform presents the main findings of the EMN synthesis report on policies and legal frameworks regulating entry and stay of immigrant investors, immigrant business owners and other business persons. It also deals with measures to prevent abuse of migration of third-country nationals for business purposes and the evaluation of programs focused on attracting immigrant investors.

Malá tematická štúdia popisuje politiky a právne rámce členských štátov EÚ, ktoré upravujú vstup a pobyt zahraničných podnikateľov, zahraničných vlastníkov podnikov a iných zahraničných podnikateľov. Štúdia sa tiež zaoberá opatreniami na zamedzenie zneužívania migrácie štátnych príslušníkov tretích krajín na účel podnikania a poukazuje na hodnotenie programov zameraných na získavanie zahraničných podnikateľov. Súčasťou štúdie je aj analýza dobrej praxe na základe skúseností členských štátov EÚ.

The EMN Return Experts Group (REG) Directory provides, for the first time, a European wide mapping of the actors involved in the return process and of the programmes and initiatives implemented in the field of return in each Member State. It is divided into two parts: statistics on e.g. forced return, voluntary departure and assisted voluntary return and Member States’ Country Factsheets. The information was collected over the period April 2014 to October 2014 and will be updated each year.

Tento adresár Expertnej skupiny EMN pre návraty (REG) mapuje po prvýkrát aktérov, ktorí sa podieľajú na návratovom procese a programoch a iniciatívach implementovaných v oblasti návratov v jednotlivých členských štátoch. Je rozdelený na dve časti: štatistiky (napr. o nútených návratoch, dobrovoľných odchodoch a asistovaných dobrovoľných návratoch) a prehľady o  jednotlivých členských štátoch. Informácie boli zozbierané za obdobie apríl 2014 až október 2014 a budú aktualizované každý rok.

Tento inform EMN poskytuje prehľad o 96 programoch, ktoré implementovali členské štáty EÚ a Nórsko na podporu dobrovoľných návratov a reintegrácií. Inform zahŕňa popis sponzorov, aktérov implementujúcich programy a príjemcov stimulov, charakteristiku rôznych foriem pomoci a stručné zhrnutie výziev, ktorým členské štáty čelia počas implementácie programov. Informácie v informe boli zozbierané Expertnou skupinou EMN pre návraty (REG). 

This EMN Inform provides an overview of 96 programmes implemented by EU Member States and Norway to support return and reintegration. It includes a description of sponsors, actors implementing the programmes and beneficiaries of incentives, characteristics of various forms of incentives and brief summary of challenges which Member States face during implementation of the programmes. The information contained in the Inform was collected via EMN Return Expert Group (REG).
