This EMN Inform provides an overview of applicable fees for issuance of residence permits to third-country nationals. The legal framework of fees has been regulated by various EU directives. The information included in the Inform is valid as of September 2014.

This focussed study The study describes institutional and legislative framework of care for unaccompanied minors in EU Member States and Norway - their entry, reception and integration measures including accommodation and material support, access to legal aid, health care and education. Moreover, the study analyses possibilities for durable solutions for unaccompanied minors. The scope of the study covers also disappearance of unaccompanied minors and their escape from foster homes, description of existing measures after reaching 18 years of age and their return and reintegration. Besides, the study provides relevant statistical information for the period from 2009 to 2013.

Malá tematická štúdia popisuje inštitucionálny a legislatívny rámec starostlivosti o maloletých bez sprievodu v členských štátoch EÚ a Nórsku, ich vstup, prijímacie a integračné opatrenia vrátane ubytovania a materiálneho zabezpečenia, prístupu k právnej pomoci, zdravotnej starostlivosti a vzdelaniu. Štúdia zároveň analyzuje možnosti trvalého riešenia pre maloletých bez sprievodu. Obsahom štúdie je aj téma miznutia a útekov maloletých bez sprievodu z detských domovov, popis existujúcich opatrení po dosiahnutí plnoletosti a téma návratov a reintegrácií. Okrem toho štúdia poskytuje relevantné štatistické údaje za obdobie rokov 2009 až 2013.
