Transition of unaccompanied minors to adulthood (2022)

The inform maps the measures, structures and systems in place in the Member States to provide transitional support to unaccompanied minors reaching the age of majority. It explores the situation of all unaccompanied minors reaching adulthood. In particular, it focuses on unaccompanied minors who have been granted a residence permit, unaccompanied minors who have been issued a returned decision, unaccompanied minors who are still in a status of determination procedure as they turn 18.

Displacement and migration related to disasters, climate change and environmental degradation

Arrangements for accommodation and housing for beneficiaries of temporary protection (2022)

The inform maps the arrangements EU Member States have put in place for accommodation and housing for beneficiaries of temporary protection, in the context of the activation of the Temporary Protection Directive (2001/55/EC), triggered in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The analysis is based on the information provided by 24 Member States as of 1 September 2022.

Access to services for beneficiaries of temporary protection (2022)

The inform maps how EU Member States ensure access to social benefits, education, employment and health care for beneficiaries of temporary protection, in the context of the activation of the Temporary Protection Directive (2001/55/EC), triggered in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The analysis is based on the information provided by 24 Member States as of 1 September 2022.

Bilateral readmission agreements (2021)

The inform looks at the implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as effectiveness of bilateral readmission agreements signed by EU Member States. It specifically focuses on the bilateral readmission agreements negotiated, signed, or entered into force in the period 2014-2020. The inform is accompanied by a detailed the inventory of bilateral readmission agreements which updates the inventory of professor Cassarino with his consent. The inventory contains information on bilateral readmission agreements that were signed or entered into force in the mentioned period, as well as bilateral implementing protocols to the EU readmission agreements.
