On October 9, 2013 the working breakfast to elaboration of the 3rd EMN focussed study on Identification of Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings in International Protection and Forced Return Procedures was organized in the IOM Bratislava premises. Representatives of the respective units of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic were invited to the meeting.

IOM International Organization for Migration as the EMN National Contact Point in the Slovak Republic organized two working breakfasts in Bratislava and Kosice on 27 September 2012.

On 28 February 2012 EMN successfully arranged a working breakfast on EMN study "Immigration of International Students" to which representatives of various state aided educational institutions were invited.

International Organization for Migration (IOM) as the coordinator of the EMN activities in Slovakia held a working breakfast on the upcoming EMN focussed study titled Attracting Highly-Qualified and Qualified Third-Country Nationals: Good Practices and Lessons Learned.

IOM International Organization for Migration and Migration Office of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic as the members of the EMN National contact point in the Slovak Republic arranged an expert meeting on Migration Policy of the Slovak Republic with outlook to 2020.
